The problem HINT solves

Neurodivergent children require special treatment, capable doctors, prosthetics, special schools etc. which are difficult to find. This creates immense challenges for parents raising such children and ends up making the entire experience highly exhausting. Apart from this, there is a huge lack of social awareness and aid for such issues, and often there is no one to discuss the things that come with raising special needs children. As a result, parents often feel alienated with nowhere/no one to discuss issues, experiences with. Our app hopes to be the first step towards solving this problem.

Challenges we ran into

1. The Maps APIs we attempted to use were mostly priced at exorbitant rates, and those which were open-sourced did not have support for Angular. It took us a while to find an API supporting Angular for our app.
