Building a AI-based Reputation Ecosystem for On-chain intellectual assets.

The problem VerifAI solves

Problem Statement:

  1. Transparency and Trust: Existing systems lack transparency, leading to duplication and disputes.
  2. Streamlined Processes: Manual methods and centralized authorities are error-prone and slow.
  3. Digital Complexity: Managing digital assets poses challenges in authenticity and protection.

How VerifAI Solves it:

  1. Issuance: VerifAI issues patents, grants, research papers, and trademarks as Soul Bound Tokens (SBTs). This ensures transparency and immutability, as all transactions are recorded on the blockchain, mitigating issues such as duplication and disputes and ownership transfer.

  2. Decentralized Verification: VerifAI's "Generate Proof" feature enables users to create QR codes that serve as proof of authenticity for each SBT. These QR codes can be easily scanned to verify the legitimacy of the intellectual property asset, enhancing trust and reducing the risk of counterfeit or fraudulent claims.

  3. AI-Driven Reputation System: VerifAI implements a dynamic reputation scoring system based on parameters, including the number and type of SBTs owned and the popularity index of different domains. This incentivizes users to publish quality work in trending topics and helps others identify reputable authors and papers, thus enhancing overall trust and quality within the platform.

  4. Integration with India Stack: VerifAI proposes integration with India Stack, a set of open APIs and digital public goods aiming to facilitate identity, data, and payments. This integration mandates organizations to publish using the VerifAI platform, fostering widespread adoption and government support, thus addressing regulatory and adoption challenges.

Challenges we ran into

SBT: Sending a single certificate as SBT is a time consuming process and not gas efficient.We implemented multi batch transactions to solve this problem.Also provide a way to extract data from a csv file which contains addresses and the certificate metadata to ease the process of sending bulk assests at once.

Integration Challenges: Difficulty integrating VerifAI with existing systems, such as Anon-Adhaar , different blockchains and encountering compatibility issues, API limitations.
