The problem Trace QR solves

Nowadays we have to enter our details into a register at every shop you go to so that shops can keep track of their customers and alert them in case of any covid positive cases nearby. This is counterintuitive since we risk exposing ourself to the virus by touching the book and pen that has been touched by every other customer that has made an entry. It is also a time consuming process.
This app helps you to avoid having to write your details into a registry at every store you go to during this pandemic. Just scan the merchant's QR Code and you will have a digital record of the shop you visited. If you are a merchant you will have a digital copy of all the customers that have scanned your QR Code.

Challenges I ran into

This was my first Flutter project. We had only 7 days to build the entire app. But we managed make an entirely functional app with a minimal UI.
