The problem SHINE solves

1. Creators can't own and control their content.
2. Platform sells user data to advertisers.
3. Followers have no revenue model.
4. Centralized trust in profile/data maintenance.

Challenges we ran into

1. Hackathon time was mostly consumed in setup and installation.
2. We lacked documentation for some of the protocols making implementation difficult.
3. Protocols were OS dependent and thus they didn't work on the windows machine.
4. The workshops and hackathon were merged so the workshops took most of the IRL time and the virtual time became unproductive.
5. The content of the workshop was very heavy for 30 min duration and back-to-back workshops made it difficult to consume everything in one stretch.
