The problem SeedChain solves

Ethereum blockchain-based approach for efficient product traceability in the agriculture supply chain that uses smart contracts and decentralized on-chain storage. The smart contract ensures data provenance, eliminates the need for intermediaries, and provides all stakeholders with a secure, immutable transaction history.

Problems that arise :
1 Seeds can be falsified
solution : Cryptographically verify using on-chain data
2 Key facilities may not meet quality standards
Solution : • Publish inspection results to blockchain
• Verify presented inspection results
3 Seeds may not be recognized by destination countries
Solultion : • Verify signatures in presented certificates
