Outmine - Base Edition
An action-packed dungeon crawling survival game
The problem Outmine - Base Edition solves
Outmine is a dungeon crawling survival game where strategy meets chaos. Players drop into a dungeon to mine resources, outwit rivals, and fight for survival. It’s fun, and competitive — with tournaments where only the top survivors take the prize. Whether you’re here to loot, strategize, or show off your monster squad, Outmine delivers high-stakes gameplay with a fresh, addictive twist.
Why Outmine?
The web3 ecosystem has unlocked ownership and incentives in gaming, but most titles still lack one critical ingredient: fun, replayable gameplay that keeps players coming back. Without this, platforms struggle with low retention, high churn, and minimal organic growth.
Outmine solves this by combining the accessibility of mini-apps with the engagement of fast-paced arcade gameplay.
Players can:
- Jump in instantly through Base Mini-Apps without downloads or wallets as blockers.
- Play a 2-minute survival dungeon crawler — mine gems, fight monsters, and escape with loot.
- Compete socially on weekly & global leaderboards, invite friends, and complete challenges for bonus rewards.
- Compete in PvP pet battles where strategy is key - a new, fun gameplay mode in Outmine (coming soon).

Launching on Base
Outmine has already proven 3x higher engagement than genre peers, showing that fun-first design drives retention and organic growth.
By launching on Base, Outmine becomes one of the first sticky, social-first gaming mini-apps — directly supporting Base’s mission to make crypto useful and accessible for millions of everyday users. MVP Validation
Our MVP demonstrates a working economy, with live tournaments, rewards, and high replayability. Thousands joined organically, proving strong player engagement and validating that Outmine’s “fun-first” approach can scale into a mass-market web3 game.
Who is your target customer?
Our target players are competitive gamers and web3-curious communities who enjoy short, high-stakes matches with competetiveness, strategy and meaningful rewards. They’re typically 18–35 years old, tech-savvy, and motivated by challenge and status in addition to passive earning.
We’ve validated this audience through alpha testing and community feedback — thousands joined organically via Telegram and web, showing strong engagement. User research demonstrates that our users love the strategy, tension, and competition, proving that Outmine’s “fun-first” approach resonates with both web3 adopters and traditional gamers.
Who are your closest competitors and how are you different?
There are a few games with mechanics similar to Outmine, but none combine competitive tournament gameplay with a cross-platform experience like we do.
-
Pixels (pixels.xyz) — a leading web3 farming and social game (109,000 DAU), but focused on resource collection and community building, not competition.
-
Pixel Dungeons (pixeldungeons.xyz) — shares some competitive elements with Outmine but hasn’t launched cross-platform or built scalable tournament systems.
-
RavenQuest — an MMORPG with deep world-building but no competitive or tournament-based mechanics.
Outmine stands apart by merging competitive tournaments, social interaction, and cross-platform accessibility — a combination not yet seen in web3 gaming.
What is your distribution strategy and why?
Outmine’s distribution strategy is cross-platform, partnership-driven, and community-powered — designed to scale fast without relying on heavy paid acquisition.
-
Cross-platform expansion: we already have mobile & desktop web app, as well as Telegram, and we're expanding to other platforms such as the Base app.
-
Partnership-driven: 120+ partnerships with gaming communities, games, and blockchain projects for audience reach and co-marketing.
-
Community & virality: Built-in referral loops and social mechanics turn players into ambassadors, driving organic growth. We've already seen results from this approach, and will continue improving and expanding the virality opportunities from within the game.
This approach fits our audience of competitive, social gamers who value accessibility, collaboration, and fun-first competition.
