The problem NetSepio solves

There are a lot of problems when visiting websites and clicking on hyperlinks. Problems:

1. Increasing number of spyware, malware and other cyber attacks being released with the list of known malwares, spywares stored with Centralized Tech Companies
2. Users don't know whether to trust a website when visiting it for the first time
3. Ad Blockers aren't enough to protect from other attacks like cryptojacking and malicious links

Challenges we ran into

Gatekeeper for voter registration (solved)
Setting up Voting Limits (solved)
Use Oracle (Not solved, Hence using a watcher linked to a wallet address to do moderation)
