Discord questions are often repetitive and hence take non required man power from community managers. We made an openAI based bot which is custom made to each and every project. It searches google for answers, searches docs, goes through your API/graph or any other data source to find revelent answers. It is often a process of action - observation - next steps. And this is done until the answer is found
