PROBLEM 1-Every citizen of the country visit a doctor or hospital in his lifetime for different health-related reasons, In order to treat the patient doctors prescribe drugs which may be generic or unique which is purchased from a medical shop. It is often seen that patient has to visit several medical shops to fetch the prescribed medicine as he is unaware of different options for a drug salt available to him. And sometimes there are emergency situations in which the patient don’t have enough time and he or she has to be treated with that medicine and sometimes because of not getting the medicine at time the patient have to suffer or it could also result to patient’s death.

According to stats of 5 years in India there have been 1.6 million deaths due to in access of medicine at correct time.

PROBLEM 2-The time period between scheduled clinical visits between patients and Psychotherapists is under-utilized and can be used to used more effectively because the total process for a therapy takes around 36 months which can be reduced.
