The problem LegalTech Alchemy solves

LTalchemy is a platform designed to assist individuals new to entrepreneurship by simplifying legal processes. It offers pre-designed templates for legal document generation, real-time guidance through a legal business chatbot(Dexter), and connections with nearby lawyers. Users and lawyers have separate login portals for personalized experiences. The platform aims to make legal processes accessible, efficient, and confidence-building for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Challenges we ran into

During the development process, LTalchemy encountered several challenges. Firstly, fine-tuning a large language model (LLM) from scratch proved to be a complex task, requiring significant time and computational resources. Additionally, we faced issues with API integration, as some APIs did not function properly, leading to delays and setbacks in development. Furthermore, there were instances where our API keys were compromised, necessitating additional security measures. Building the lawyers' database posed another challenge, requiring extensive research and data collection to ensure accuracy and reliability. Despite these obstacles, the team remained resilient and persevered in overcoming each challenge to deliver a robust and user-friendly platform.
