The problem LearnUp solves

When students dive into the field of research and tech they find it difficult and overwhelming to come up with ideas or find a project which suits their skill set.Moreover, There is no platform for young researchers to find ongoing research papers/ideas they can work upon or contribute in. Our website aims to solve these problems by providing a platform where students or professionals can list their ongoing projects and research ideas or they can find the ideas matching their skill sets and interests, hence contribute in it. This platform basically helps in shortening the wide gap between thinking of project and creating a functional project.

Challenges we ran into

We did'nt have any past experience with Databases so integrating database with app was a little challenging for us.

Through this project we also gain knowledge about APIs since it was a little difficult to embed Unsplash API in our project to render images for project and research cards
