HeartOut, as a community, can answer most questions – if not always in a perfect or timely manner, and allows the answers to any question to be crowd-sourced for the best available & relevant information. Instead of relying on a search algorithm to determine relevance, it relies on the collective intelligence & experience of a wide-spread community to do so - through the use of edits, voting, and moderation.
