Worked on the backend using Node.js and was responsible for Integrating Vauld and Wazirx crypto exchanges from scratch, Improve the services which had a direct impact on the first 20k users of KoinX to simplify their crypto taxes.
Implemented Rate Limiter functionality to the server which supports 50+requests/minute making the APIs scalable and preventing DoS attacks and web scraping.
Wrote multiple APIs collaborating with the team where transaction data eventually got pushed into MongoDB and AWS-S3 by doing some computations on the basis of business requirements. These APIs made the system more feature-rich and increased the monthly user visits by 20%
