The problem GiftaMatic solves

GiftaMatic solves the biggest problem of transparency in donations and the middleman involved in the process. The smart contract deployed on a decentralized network is immutable and stores the records of transactions.

The amount paid using the application will be transferred to the campaign creator directly.

Our platform allows adding purpose for donation about a campaign including its target amount, address in which the amount is deposited, and more. It also incentivizes people for donating by giving away GFT tokens equal amount of MATIC donated.

These GFT tokens make you eligible for NFT airdrops, merchandise, and much more.

Challenges we ran into

We built the complete project from scratch in 24 hours, it was tough to manage and finish things in a short span but we were able to do it. Also, this was our first try at using IPFS and finally setting up domains and redirects for the project.

We learned a lot from the challenges in the process we were able to pass most of them by working together and learning from the community.
