The problem Fast Aid solves

• In everyday environments, individuals face the risk of unexpected emergencies, such as accidents or health crises, that can occur without warning.
• To provide assistance to the people in need we have created our Fast-Aid app which could be used to provide an alert to the nearby people in case a person suffers through an emergency or accident such as a fall etc.
• This system reduces the response time taken in the case of an emergency and also acts as a buddy for people who stay alone.
• Moreover this application can be used for monitoring of elderly and children for example in old age homes, parks etc.

Challenges I ran into

Initially, while making a flutter app for our project we came to know half way down the line that Waku isn’t compatible with flutter. So we had to rebase and shifted to a web app which could be converted into a mobile app i.e. a Progressive Web App (PWA).
Also, Integration of ML model with Huddle was a bit difficult as it was the first time we were working with these technologies and had to figure out how to provide the video clips as input to our ML model.
