The problem DVerdict solves

According to the reports as per 10th december 2023, over 10,0000 cases were added to the Supreme Court’s pendency list in the last five months,which has increased from 69,766 cases as on July 1 to 80,040 on December 1, 2023.It had taken three years previously from March 2020 to July 2023,to add 10,000 cases to the SC pendency
The major contributor to this problem is the shortage of the court rooms.
In order to deal with this problem, we came up with this solution to provide a decentralised platform named DVerdict where the small cases like divorce,theft, property etc can be dealt with along with providing a decentralised video conferencing court rooms where the judge,culprit,victim,prosecutor and defense will be able to join in a more secured way so that no unauthorised user will be able to join the decentralised court rooms.
So basically our application is a pioneering Transparency solution in Jurisprudence,where they will be the admin who will be responsible to register Judge,lawyer, both the parties(culprit and victim) and in return id and private key will be generated, in which id will be used further to add the case and case id will be auto-generated in blockchain through which the authenticated users will login via metamask.The private keys of the registered users will be mapped to case_id to allow only authenticated users to join video conferencing court rooms.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating lit protocol over IPFS pinata in order to provide asymmetric encryption while transfering the file among authenticated users.
Creating encrypted keys for the associated public key while registering users so that it can be further be used to in allowing only those users inside the video conferencing rooms whose private key is associated with the case_id.
To find any other way other than socket.io for video conferencing since there are threat that hacker might hack the server and can disrupt it.Thus integrating zegocloud in the decentralised area was challenging.
