Decentralized Intelligent Contact Tracing of Animals and Objects (DICTAO) is a simple idea to track the COVID-19 pandemic infections.
DICTAO uses IoT, AI and Blockchain technologies to tackle the spread of infection by animals and objects.
Optimizing the DBSCAN algorithm to predict potential exposure to COVID was not an easy work. In the absence of datasets, we had to come up with real-world imitating movement of an object. We then tried converging paths of a few objects close enough to predict infections in those scenarios.
