The problem Contractio solves

Any government requires services and products for the well-being of the citizens. These services are offered as contracts by bidders. Unfortunately, there are a lot of contract frauds that take place. Moreover, public contracts are not easily viewable by the taxpayers. A smart city would require easily-viewable, immutable contracts.

This platform successfully performs these functions:

Allow bidders to view government contracts
Allow the government to create contracts
Allow bidders to add a bid on any contract
Contracts stored on a blockchain after verification from
necessary government authority

We have created a web platform with frontend and UI managed by ReactJs and backend managed by NodeJs where the government user can log their contracts to the blockchain network which makes it immutable and the bidders can view the contract, submit their bids, and when the government approves any bid that particular bidder successfully acquires the contract.

Challenges we ran into
