The problem Connect solves

Educational Institutes can use the app for conducting virtual meetings and classroom sessions in real-time with file sharing, secondary screen presentation, attendance recording, e-resources sharing, document embedding, etc.

Business Enterprises can use for conducting virtual seminars and conferences. This application can also be used post-pandemic as it will have all the required tools integrated inside it.

The system is highly secure and uses WebRTC for efficient use of data and a disturbance-free environment suitable for e-learning in schools/colleges, meeting and seminars in enterprises, and virtual interview process for companies.

Challenges we ran into

Unavailability of a free TURN Server - Without a TURN Server it is not possible to establish the connection in WEB-RTC over different networks, so we developed a temporary turn server and deployed it on Heroku, which consumed half of our time given the college lectures and assignment time constraints.
