3. Gamification: Titles and ranks add an element of gamification to the sustainability journey. Users strive to improve their title by making greener choices, providing a sense of achievement and motivation.
4. Competition and Motivation: Leaderboards create a sense of competition among users, motivating them to take action to improve their rankings. Users may strive to climb the leaderboard, which encourages sustainable behavior.

Challenges we ran into

1)Simultaneous Web and App Development: Managing the concurrent development of both the web and mobile app versions of our sustainability application is a significant undertaking for our team.
2)Chatbot Training (LLM): We successfully trained our Language Model (LLM) to create an effective chatbot experience
3)Data Collection and Model Training: Acquiring the right data for training our machine learning models, addressing the challenge effectively.

4. Intuitive UI/UX Design: Designing an intuitive and engaging user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) was a collective achievement.
