The problem Bibliungo solves

People who spend time reading books most often find it hard to read from digital e-book readers or thei mobile phones. Nowadays books also cost more than a college student or a minimum wage worker could afford to spend. This app acts as a medium between two people of similar interests so that they may exchange or buy books from each other. This eliminates the strain on the readers' eyes, is a cost friendly method and also helps people meet each other.

Challenges we ran into

One of the challenges was to find an effective algorithm to search for books from the database based on location, and to find an algorithm that would recommend new books to the user based on their previous exchanges.
