A web portal built to cut down the tedious work needed to get your issues solved.
The problem MUNICIPAL ACTION CENTER solves
What we want to solve
Municipalities are intended to serve and be responsive to local civic needs. However, recent newspaper reports underscore the extent to which municipalities are mismanaged.
Hypothesis
An online platform to receive and act on the complaints filed by citizens corresponding to their area and ward. The concerned authorities get notified and directed to act on this issue, saving the user the hassle of filing paperwork and waiting in queues.
Challenges we ran into
1.) Firstly we faced communication issues between the team members.
2.) We had designed the ui using xd first so we had a clear cut idea of what we were going to do so that wasn't a problem.
3.) Faced some issues in backend working like the authentication and some debugging issues also to host it live. Finally hosted it on ngrok. Live link https://9b6df0b5275b.ngrok.io/
