Challenges we ran into

We had issues with the GUI using IntelliJ IDEA. We solve those issues by splitting up the work. Therefore, not everyone was working on the GUI. This made us improve faster.

We had time issues but, we already predicted that. Consequently, we structure our dev process through incremental phases.
