The problem event.app.create solves

Events apps are pretty typical -- they have a calendar, a list view of events, some unique interaction... the hard part is building them. Especially on NEAR's Blockchain Operating System (BOS).

This app creator establishes patterns for easily creating your own events app. This app is automatically interconnected with all other apps in the near ecosystem and it can be highly customizable -- you can configure theme, what routes you want (including map, dao, marketplace, etc... also not featured is canvas and camera, but any BOS widget is available). And because BOS is able to integrate with other chains, you are free to build your own unique, custom functionalities per event.

Now everyone can build an events app.

Challenges I ran into

Time was the biggest struggle -- but figuring out these patterns has been a long journey. Especially getting nested routes to work (the apps work inside of eachother), and keeping the interactions smooth.

I didn't have enough time to finish "launch" and the theming... but all the data is saved in Storage and is available. I'll be integrating this after the hackathon.
