Challenges we ran into

The first challenge was to fairly distribute the initial reputation. We decided to give everyone 1000 reputation to start with. Other than that, we will airdrop 1M reputation using a signaling mechanism similar to edgeware's lockdrop. We also integrated a DAO to initially distribute some reputation based on the real-world reputation of famous people.
The biggest implementation challenge we faced was implementing a seamless UX. TORUS helped make onboarding easier but it was not always consistent to make it work we had to implement a lot of workarounds.
