This is to experiment how we can foster cross-polluniation with simple mechanism. Inspired by Community Notes at Twitter, we aim to provide context and aid for learning domain expertise, meanwhile encourage participation and explore audiencewith the help of AI

Generally it is challenging for audience to engage with highly domain specific topics due to knowledge level required. As an example, audience just learnt about Ethereum might not have a clue at jargons like MEV, PBS etc

The design explictly encourage content that helps people from other domains to learn about particular topic where the community can signal and reward them by voting.
