The problem ZOYO solves

Users can request a ride connecting them with nearby drivers. The drivers then enter a bidding auction aiming for the optimal fare and the passenger is allowed to select the driver and fare most suitable to them based on their rating, offered fare, and distance from the passenger.

Challenges we ran into

Google Maps API, is unfortunately paid to use and we werent able to access even the free trial as it required us to register two separate debit cards.
It was our first time building an android app and using react native, which had its fair share of problems
