The problem Zk-Drop solves
Most token launches today are broken. Early access often goes to whales, airdrops miss their real target, and geo-based campaigns are either leaky or invasive. ZK Drop solves this by letting users prove they're in a specific region—without revealing where they are—using GNSS satellite data from their phone to generate a zero-knowledge proof. That means projects can run regional campaigns fairly and privately, and users don’t need to go through KYC or IP tracking to join.
Challenges we ran into
One of the biggest challenges was integrating Noir proofs with our smart contract on Base. Noir is still evolving, and building the proof circuit, exporting the verifier, and wiring everything into Solidity took time and careful debugging.
