The problem Zap ⚡️ solves

An all-in-one mobile-first approach to a Multi-Coin Wallet, supporting non-custodial EVMs and Lightning wallets for every user wanting to get into Web3 and for power users as well.

Challenges we ran into

  1. React Native: learning how to use React Native was a challenge for a team with limited mobile application development experience
  2. Limited computing resources: the application we were leveraging rather large and consumed huge amounts of memory on our devices, at times resulting in crashes and hiccups in the development process.
  3. Understanding blockchain and Web3 technology: some of us were completely new to Web3 and needed more time to understand how a wallet works and the existing problems that users face, especially those that newcomers face.
