Catalyzing Real Estate Transactions: Experience Seamless Buying and Selling of Tokenized Properties!

The problem XpropertY solves

Our dApp platform aims to simplify the traditionally cumbersome process of exploring and finalizing real estate transactions. By leveraging our platform, users can effortlessly browse through a diverse array of real estate properties, streamlining the complex procedures involved in property acquisition. Mainly, there are three key entities innvolved in this process; Seller(lists/mints a property), Buyer(buys properties using digital assests), Insepctor(A third-party/ Government Entitiy who is responsible for the approval of transaction). Once the seller lists his property, a unique token will be generated for their listed property, and metadata will be stored on IPFS. Once a property has an intrested buyer, the assets from both sides gets freezed in an Escrow smart contract in which the inspector has the authority to approve or deny the transaction. Challenges we ran into

One of the challenges we encountered during the project was the integration of the frontend with the blockchain. This integration proved to be a complex task for us, we used hardhat which gave us ton of bugs. Ensuring that data was accurately transmitted between the user interface and the smart contracts on the blockchain presented technical hurdles, and we had to work diligently to achieve a seamless and user-friendly experience for our application's users.
