Challenges we ran into

Technically, we're in good shape, but we faced a challenge: finding the right fit. We initially planned a slew of features, including cross-chain index trading, such as multiple protocol cross-chain staking and farming, one-click asset consolidation across multiple chains, and small asset conversion – all powered by Axelar and Squid router.

However, after extensive conversations with crypto users, we created personas and soon realized that what they really need is index trading. Further discussions with crypto experts reinforced the idea that focusing on one thing and excelling at it is better than trying to do too much.

Consequently, we've shifted our focus to index trading and are rushing toward building an MVP. We plan to invite potential users who match our defined personas to test whether it effectively addresses their pain points.

To speed up development, we're utilizing Squidrouter, with plans to eventually build directly on Axelar. Currently, our demo supports the swapping of one token to a maximum of five tokens on five different networks and facilitates the creation of an index using the tokens you've just acquired.
