" A single solution to your problems " It is an interactive workspace that will help you accomplish all of your tasks ang manage your work efficiently with ease.
The problem Workspace-My Universe solves
Ever since the pandemic started work and studies have shifted to online platforms. Doing Tasks is simple but requires multiple apps to do so and navigating through all of them is tough plus the user misses out things that needs to be done in all this. My universe will help the user track his progress like a assistant and remind him which tasks remains to be done. It also allows the user to easily navigate between multiple apps without actually switching between them. It will have useful features like : A To-Do List that uses SMS & E-mail reminders , A series planner , A newsfeed bar with real time news update , online storage for storing personal files & navigation to other websites like youtube , google , github & linkdein .
Challenges we ran into
Given our current skillset, we could not build all the planned out but we managed to build a to-do list . However the problem we faced was that this is our very first project and we did not think this through. we ran into some trouble linking the webpage to the database that will store the list if the tasks to be done and therefore the list got wiped out after the webpage was refreshed but later we used local storage to store the list that remains in the memory even after the page is refreshed and remains there until the user deletes it.
