Since covid-19 pandemic has caused complete lockdown situation from approximately past 6 months which is affecting our physical as well as mental health.We all were not in habit of staying home for such a long time period.As the number of cases are increasing day by day,so it’s better to stay home in order to stay safe.But due to this some of us might miss their workout sessions."You have to think it before you can do it.The mind is what makes it all possible”.This is the famous quote by Kai Greene,a pro bodybuilder and artist.Our small website “WORKOUTER” helps us to meditate and exercise at our timer.It has a relaxor that helps us to meditate and timer to do different exercises like tadasana,balasana etc. based on our choice.In this way it helps us to keep us fit by staying at our home.
Actually this was not our real idea that we came up.We decided to do this project 1 day ago.We were working on a project that uses R programming to show corona virus statistics and a chat bot that shows corona virus live update directly from whatsapp.The challenge was to submit our project within specified time.
