The problem Work-in-Out solves

As we all know health is wealth, we focus all our energy resources in amassing more and more monetary wealth but this app enables you to nurture your wealth that is your health. So can't you just spare 10 minutes each day to increase 10 years of your life. It solves a lot of problems like -

i)Reducing boredom.

ii)Optimum utilisation of time.

iii)Helps to keep your health intact.

iv)Energizes and rejuvenates you.

v)It acts like a stress buster.

We built this app for catering two tracks - for people who are 'Working Remotely from Home' and 'Supporting At-Risk or Quarantined People'. In this time of Pandemic this app encourages the user to at least spend 10 minutes everyday for doing 5 easy to do exercises 2 minute each.

Now it may seem like a regular health/fitness app but here comes the twist, it chooses 5 random exercises which the user has to do in the stipulated time of 2 minutes with least requirement of external gear. Between each exercise there is a gap of 10 seconds and before starting the exercise there is a buffer time of 5 seconds for the user to get ready. The background music is like an indicator - when the music starts it means the user has to start exercising and when the music stops it means the time is up.

There is no fixed number of sets because we want to encourage more and more participation so that everyone can do exercise according to their own will.

This app will hold value even when the pandemic is over as it is timeless/ageless and will continue to enhance your health prospects all your life.

Challenges we ran into

We faced primarily two challenges -

i) Radomising the display of activites.
ii) Enabling time constraints and animations.
