The problem WiseOwl solves

A platform for students to publicly post their needs, such as tutoring or resources, and for volunteers to subscribe and offer help. Volunteers would have profiles with their skills and activity recorded. The platform could offer a subscription model with premium features and fees going towards maintenance.
