The problem Wise-Net solves

WisNet is a collaborative platform aimed at addressing societal challenges through the collective wisdom, innovation, and suggestions of admin and the general public (users). Admin can post unsolved challenges, while users can provide suggestions and engage in discussions. Users can also give their suggestions on existing problems posted by admins and other users. The platform features secure authentication and is built using React.js for the frontend and Spring Boot for the backend.

Challenges we ran into

User Authentication and Authorization: Implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure that only authorized users (admins and registered users) can access specific functionalities while maintaining data privacy and security.

Complex Data Management: Managing complex data structures related to user profiles, problem postings, suggestions, discussions, and authentication tokens efficiently within the database.

Integration of Frontend and Backend: Integrating the frontend built with React.js and Tailwind CSS with the backend developed using Spring Boot to establish smooth communication and data exchange between the client-side and server-side components.

User Experience (UX) Design: Designing an intuitive and user-friendly interface that caters to the diverse needs of both administrators and users, while also ensuring accessibility and adherence to UI/UX best practices.
