Our Solution: WhitepaperIQ

WhitepaperIQ is a live, multi-chain intelligence platform that brings clarity and a universal standard to Web3, powered by our proprietary AI, IQ Bot. After a successful launch on July 25th, 2025, our platform is fully functional on Base and Solana. This allows users to connect with their wallets (including Coinbase Wallet and Coinbase Account), submit a project, pay for the analysis seamlessly on-chain, and receive objective, actionable insights in minutes. By replacing hours of manual research with an easy-to-understand dashboard, WhitepaperIQ highlights a project's technical viability, ecosystem health, and potential red flags. Our mission is to democratize access to transparent, verifiable information for everyone. Also as of 26th August 2025, our mini app is live on both Base App and Farcaster.

Challenge: Making IQ Bot a True Web3 Expert

Our greatest challenge wasn't just building an AI, but teaching IQ Bot how to think like a seasoned Web3 analyst. We quickly discovered that Web3's complexity required a unique approach, leading us to solve two main problems: the "messy data" problem and the "expert intuition" problem.

1. The "Messy Data" Problem

• The Hurdle: Everybody knows that no two Web3 projects present their information in the same way. One whitepaper might bury crucial tokenomics data in a PNG image, while another hides it in a dense paragraph. Our initial AI model was confused by this lack of a standard format and couldn't reliably extract and compare key information. It was like asking someone to compare two books written in different languages and layouts.

• Our Solution: We developed a two-step process for IQ Bot.

  1. First, it acts like a librarian: It takes all the chaotic, unstructured information from a whitepaper—text, images, tables—and neatly organizes it into a single, standardized format that it can easily read.
  2. Then, it acts like an analyst: Once all the information is clean and orderly, IQ Bot analyzes it for insights, risks, and potential.

  This "organize first, analyze second" method was our breakthrough. It allows IQ Bot to consistently understand any project's documentation, no matter how messy it is.

2. The "Expert Intuition" Problem

• The Hurdle: After IQ Bot could read the data, it still didn't understand what was "good" or "bad" in a Web3 context. For example, it could see that a project’s team held 20% of the tokens, but it lacked the built-in expertise to know if that was a potential red flag. The AI could summarize information, but it couldn't provide real, insightful analysis.

• Our Solution: We gave IQ Bot a "brain" built from two parts to replicate expert intuition.

  1. The Rulebook: We worked on whitepapers and projects to program a foundational set of "rules of thumb" into the IQ Bot. This acts like a checklist for spotting common red flags or positive signs.
  2. The Learning Brain: We then trained the AI on thousands of project examples that were reviewed and graded by human experts. This taught IQ Bot to recognize the more subtle, complex patterns that define a promising or risky project—the kind of things rules alone can't catch.

Overcoming these hurdles was a tough process of trial and error. It forced us to move beyond a simple AI model to create a more sophisticated system that organizes data and learns from human expertise. This is what makes IQ Bot a genuinely insightful guide for the Web3 space, not just a summarization tool.
