False or Frivolous Reports: Without accountability, malicious or mistaken tips waste law-enforcement resources and undermine the integrity of investigations. Our solution leverages blockchain to tackle these head-on: Guaranteed Anonymity: Zero-knowledge encryption severs any link between your identity and your report. Immutable Evidence Storage: Text, photos, and videos are locked on-chain—indelibly time-stamped and tamper-proof. Stake-to-Submit Incentives: Informers lock tokens when reporting; false reports forfeit stakes, while verified tips earn significant reward( like up to 10× the staked tokens)—aligning honesty with reward.
