Vegetable price prediction for easy buying.
The problem Webapp for vegitable price prediction. solves
It's difficult for a vendors and farmers to plan for future prices as they have to call the local market and ask for prices and decide on the day, the amounts they have to buy. This web platform makes it easier for prices to be seen and allows future planning by predicting the price of the vegetables.
Challenges we ran into
Implementing Python Trained Model into a Web Interface, Django implementation was difficult, after wasting a lot of time we decided to look for another framework and found Streamlit, which is an open source Python framework and solved the problem. We also had to learn how the models work and learn Streamlit from scratch.
