Buy and Sell properties as NFTs. Added an safety inspector for extra approval and safety checking , and a lender to fund the buy if the buyer can't afford to pay the whole amount for the property.
The problem Web3 Property solves
It completely automates the property sale process and also adds in an extra layer of security. Now the buyer can have a extra safety because there is an approval from a safety inspector who can be a government officer. There is also added functionality to fund the buy using a lender which can be a Bank , the lender funds the amount that is short for the purchase to complete. All the data about the property is stored in IPFS.
Challenges we ran into
Challenges was with integrating the contract with the front end.
