The problem Web3 Portfolio Tracker solves
This Project solves the tracking of on-chain assets of user, it super easy to track assets user just need to connect metamask wallet and user will get all your assets price in few minutes and also last 30 day changes portfolio graph will be available to the user on the dashboard.
Challenges I ran into
This was my first MERN Stack Project,
In Reactjs - got stuck in state management, which i solved using ContextApi,
In Nodejs - i understood the importance of Async Function when we use Third Party Libraries for Data,
above are the most important learnings which help me understanding how MERN Stack App works,
Apart from this handling the response from Covalenthq api, managing the response was a bit tricky as it gives 30 days balance of each token, which is not perfectly structured in the api used in this project, so i need to perform some operations for 30 days charts but in the end everything was done without issues
