The problem Watcher solves

With the increasing traffic congestion,the task of tracking vehicles and criminals by concerend authority is getting more and more challenging and dangerous. So our solution aims at making tracking of vehicles much easier and also recognising face to verify if the person has any criminal records as per the police database.

A web app and a mobile application has been created that is integrated with the database which gets updated in the real time and detects and records the license plate of cars travelling at high speed and faces of the person instanlty and provides real time coordinates via sms to the concerened authority.

Challenges we ran into

1. Web and App Integration.
2. Improving model accuracy with real life dataset.
3. Map API Integration.
4. Storing real time images in database.
5. Deployement of API's
