Normal Web2 wallets can be unsafe and problematic sometimes. And, generally, the main thing about normal Web2 and Web3 wallets is that you have to carry your phone(even if you don't want to) if you want to make transactions without using cash.
Walley allows you to execute transactions at various stores without using your phone!
Suppose you want to go shopping with your friends/family and you don't want to carry your phone. But you have to carry it due to your wallet. And on top of that, you overspend your money at the store.
That's not nice at all.
To tackle these things, Walley uses multi-signature mechanism to make transactions.
Just create your transaction from your home and enter the maximum amount you'd like to spend there. This won't let you overspend money there.
And you can leave your phone at home too!
During checkout you can just enter your details into the screen showed by the employeed and the transaction gets completed seemlessly!
1. Buy Store NFT to use in case of an emergency(petrol pump, hospital) - You'll be able to get services even if you don't have any cash at that moment.
2. Can be used to transfer NFTs to your friends - You can transfer your store nfts to your friends too.
3. Payment interface for your store - Set-up payment interface for your store in a single step.
etc.
Layer 1 - Decentralized smart contracts to provide functional infrastructure for ownership.
Layer 2 - An extra NFT layer to transact between addresses securely.
Layer 3 - Password protection.
I ran into alot of challenges throughout the project.
The first and the biggest one was learning bos itself. I just started learning web3 a month ago, and it took me a couple of days to get familiar with bos ecosystem.
But I'm glad I could complete the project
Three days back, there was some bug in near.org which didn't let me login for a day. So, I lost quite a lot of time there.
Apart from this, I started the project very late, so I couldn't focus much on UI/UX.
