The problem W6 | DataPirates solves

The Smiling Thaal aims to feed the hungry and eliminate starvation through donations as well as campaigns. Starvation is a huge concern in India. Thousands of people are not fortunate enough to even have a meal per day. We aim to solve this problem. Users can donate money to this noble cause as well as participate in various campaigns for food donation, food and essential collection, awareness campaigns etc. People can also sign up as volunteers to organize these campaigns as well as share their personal experiences.

Challenges we ran into

Initially, project scoping was an issue. There were a ton of features which we wanted to implement. Ultimately we settled for the features which were of more priority such as Campaign section, Blogs Section, Payment Portal etc. due to time constraints as well as prioritized polishing the existing features.
