The Problem VybPass Solves
Live environments contain unmanaged, high-value scarcity
In live events --- concerts, festivals, conferences, tastings, and
livestreams --- there are scarce, time-bound moments that carry real
economic and emotional value.
Examples include:
- Visual control during a DJ set
- Spotlight time at an event
- Limited-access experiences
- Autograph priority
- Livestream overlay control
- Physical device triggers (lights, robots, effects)
These moments are:
- Scarce
- Time-bound
- High demand
- Operationally controlled
Yet today they are typically allocated:
- Informally (staff discretion)
- Pre-sold (VIP tiers)
- Centrally controlled and opaque
- Without transparent enforcement
There is no deterministic, programmable way to allocate live priority
in real time.
Existing systems monetize entry --- not priority
The live events industry monetizes:
- Entry (tickets)
- Food & beverage
- Merchandise
- Sponsorship
However, in-event priority allocation --- who controls the next
moment --- remains largely unmanaged economically.
This leaves:
- Revenue opportunity unrealized
- Allocation opaque or discretionary
- No programmable fairness controls
- No trust-minimized enforcement
This is not just a payments gap.
It is a priority enforcement gap.
Traditional payment infrastructure cannot solve this
Centralized processors can collect money.
They cannot:
- Enforce transparent, deterministic ordering
- Atomically escrow access rights
- Settle execution outcomes trustlessly
- Encode programmable access rules
- Allow public verification of allocation logic
What is needed is not a checkout button ---
but a crypto-native enforcement mechanism.
VybPass: Deterministic, On-Chain Priority Enforcement
VybPass introduces a new primitive: Monetized Live Priority.
The system consists of:
- VybPassToken ($VYB) -- ERC20 utility token representing
time-based influence - PriorityQueue contract -- deterministic ordering + escrow logic
- TreasurySale contract -- USDC → VYB minting
- Autonomous Relay Agent -- reads on-chain state and executes
real-world effects
How It Works
- A user purchases VYB tokens (via USDC).
- When claiming priority, tokens are escrowed in the PriorityQueue.
- Ordering is enforced deterministically on-chain.
- When execution completes, markFinished() settles tokens to the
Treasury. - The relay agent executes what the chain has already decided.
Key properties:
- No manual override
- Transparent queue ordering
- Escrow-backed spam resistance
- Autonomous settlement
- Publicly verifiable logic
Economic Model & Market Relevance
VybPass creates a new monetization layer within existing
multi-billion-dollar industries.
Live entertainment, conferences, and experiential events already
generate hundreds of billions annually.
VybPass enables:
- In-event revenue generation without physical transactions
- Monetization from the dance floor, seat, or conference hall
- Incremental revenue without replacing ticketing infrastructure
- A circular Treasury-backed token economy
Because tokens are escrowed and settled programmatically, economic
activity is enforced at the protocol layer --- not administratively.
Where It Can Be Used
VybPass applies anywhere scarce priority exists in real time:
- DJ visual control
- Livestream overlays
- Limited-access tastings
- Conference speaking priority
- Interactive art installations
- Robotic or lighting triggers
- Token-gated IRL activations
If something is scarce in the moment, it can be monetized ---
deterministically and transparently.

Summary
VybPass solves the problem of unmanaged live scarcity by introducing:
- Deterministic on-chain priority ordering
- Escrow-backed economic enforcement
- Autonomous real-world execution
- A programmable, transparent access layer
It monetizes influence in the moment --- and turns live priority into a
crypto-native primitive.
Use of AI tools and agents
VybPass integrates AI tools into its development workflow to accelerate architecture design, smart contract implementation, documentation, and UI construction.
While the VybPass protocol and execution logic are deterministic and on-chain, AI tooling was used to increase iteration speed and improve system coherence across components.
AI Tools Used
ChatGPT
Used for:
- Refining smart contract interface design
- Clarifying escrow and settlement logic
- Drafting protocol documentation
- Stress-testing architectural assumptions
- Identifying edge cases in queue and settlement flow
- Preparing technical pitch materials
ChatGPT acted as a systems design collaborator — helping validate whether the protocol logic aligned with crypto-native principles such as determinism, escrow enforcement, and autonomous execution.
Cursor
Used for:
- Writing Solidity contract scaffolding
- Implementing event interfaces
- Rapid iteration on Python relay agent logic
- Refactoring TouchDesigner integration code
- Debugging state synchronization issues
Cursor accelerated full-stack development across:
- On-chain contracts
- Off-chain relay services
- Hub API endpoints
It significantly reduced iteration cycles between architectural decisions and implementation.
Warp
Used for:
- Accelerated terminal workflows
- Structured debugging of deployment pipelines
- Managing Base testnet/mainnet interactions
- Coordinating contract deployment and verification
Warp improved operational efficiency during rapid iteration.
Gamma
Used for:
- Generating structured pitch decks
- Rapid slide iteration
- Maintaining visual consistency across presentation artifacts
Gamma accelerated communication clarity, allowing the team to focus engineering time on core protocol development.
AI Within the System Architecture
VybPass itself does not rely on AI for execution or economic enforcement.
The protocol logic is:
- Deterministic
- On-chain
- Escrow-backed
- Autonomous via smart contracts
However, the Autonomous Relay Agent architecture is compatible with future AI-driven decision layers, such as:
- Dynamic pricing models
- Adaptive priority throttling
- NFT-based weighting
- Predictive demand modeling
In its current form, the agent executes deterministically based on on-chain state.
Summary
AI tools were used as development accelerators, not as core enforcement mechanisms.
They enabled:
- Faster architecture iteration
- Cleaner smart contract interfaces
- Improved documentation clarity
- Rapid debugging across multiple system layers
The result is a crypto-native system whose enforcement remains deterministic and on-chain, while leveraging AI for development velocity and system design rigor.
