It provides an easy usage to people with disabilities like visual impairment or people who face a language barrier .

Challenges we ran into

We faced some when using Alan Ai on the react web application, it could not understand the names of the user so we made some changes in the code to improve upon that so that the input and the voice is easily recognisable.
Also we faced challenges while integrating Alan Ai into the react app.
