The problem Voice Up ! solves
The project is focused on developing a web portal for sexual harassment prevention at the workplace for women. The portal aims to provide a safe and supportive platform for women who have experienced sexual harassment to share their stories and access resources for legal and emotional support. The portal includes features such as a chatbot for immediate assistance, resources for victims and allies, a community forum for survivors to connect, and a consultancy page where victims can seek professional help. The project also includes integration with Firebase for secure user authentication and storage of user data. Overall, the goal of the project is to create a comprehensive tool that empowers women to voice up against sexual harassment and take action towards preventing it.
Challenges we ran into
There are several challenges that can arise during the development of the sexual harassment prevention portal project. Some of them are:

User Adoption: Encouraging users to adopt and use the portal can be a challenge. This requires proper marketing and outreach efforts to create awareness about the portal's benefits and to build trust among potential users.
