VIVI
Trading with granny, on telegram speed
The problem VIVI solves
Onboarding new users onchain is slow, clunky, and intimidating. Setting up wallets and learning new tools creates too much friction.
VIVI fixes this by letting users buy, sell, and transfer tokens directly inside Telegram group chats — no new apps, no complicated setups. Built on Base, it's fast, simple, and native to where communities already live.
Key feature: you can send tokens to any Telegram user, even if they don’t have a wallet yet. VIVI auto-creates a claimable wallet tied to their Telegram ID, making onboarding as easy as clicking a link.
Communities use VIVI to:
Instantly onboard fresh members
Reactivate old members with token rewards
Boost engagement inside their groups
For Scale:
Telegram = ~1B monthly users
X/Twitter = ~300–600M
With VIVI, every Telegram user is potentially one command away from joining Base.
Today, VIVI is already live in 70+ group chats and 2,000+ registered users and growing everyday — proving that social-native bridge can dramatically accelerate onchain adoption.

Challenges I ran into
One of the biggest challenges was user onboarding.
When someone tried to send tokens to a Telegram user without a VIVI account, the flow broke — it created friction and slowed growth.
We solved this by creating a wallet on the fly, linked to the recipient’s Telegram User ID.
The tokens are sent to the new wallet immediately, while the user can claim access to their VIVI account anytime with a single click.
This approach made onboarding instant, invisible, and frictionless — exactly what social-first growth needs.
