API Integration Issues

At first, connecting the AI generation API was tricky due to authentication errors and rate limits.
I fixed this by carefully handling API keys, setting up environment variables, and adding retry logic for failed requests.

Large Image Handling

The API sometimes returned lower-resolution images than expected, which made it difficult to showcase “massive” creations.
I solved this by using API parameters for higher resolution, batching requests for large images, and stitching results together where needed.

Response Time

Generating images via the API occasionally took too long.
I overcame this by implementing loading states in the UI and caching generated images so users didn’t have to wait twice.

Error Handling

Sometimes the API returned incomplete or failed generations.
I added proper error messages, fallback defaults, and re-generation options for a smoother user experience.

Currently, Vision Crafter is an API-based project and does not run on its own smart contract.
However, we plan to integrate smart contracts in the future for features such as
on-chain ownership of generated images, licensing, and NFT minting.
