The problem VIRTUAL CAMERA solves

It can be used to provide video input to applications such as video conferencing software, live streaming platforms, or video chat services, even if the computer does not have a physical webcam.

Challenges we ran into

Initially we faced the difficulty while opening the webcamera but after using function destroyAllWindows we were able to resolve the problem. We also face difficulty while using datetime module and by using proper syntax we were able to resolve it.
